Returns

If a customer has received a damaged or defective item, Pure Romance by Kate will either be able to offer a store credit, or replacement item. Unfortunately given the nature of the products, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements if you simply change your mind after receiving a purchase. 

In the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product for duplicate item.

Customers will need to contact Kate directly on kate_dangerfield@live.com.au in order to send an item back. This will allow us to offer troubleshooting assistance if the product is not working as it should. If an item is received back without prior contact, we will be unable to issue a credit or replacement, and the package will be returned to the sender.
